Joining our growing community one has to either pay a once off joining fee of R250.00 that doesn’t come with stock or choosing 1 of the 4 Joining Kits that has stock attached to them, that has to be paid upfront [NON REFUNDABLE].

Once you have paid and the funds have cleared into our business account, your membership account will be approved and an automated email notification will be sent to let you know that your account has been approved so that you are able to get access of your dashboard/back-office to be able to get your own sign up link to refer friends into the business opportunity and also buy products at a wholesale discounted price.

If you haven’t received an account approval email notification, it means your membership account its still pending and we are waiting for the funds to clear on our side. Please be patient or make an immediate payment to avoid approval delays

For every purchase you will pay an admin fee of R50.00. For example when you buy stock worth R650.00, on the checkout window, R50.00 will be added on top of the R650.00 that you have to pay for your order. In conclusion your total order amount will be R650 plus R50 equals to R700. Admin fee is an amount charged to a customer on top of their order subtotal and shipping fees. It covers the cost of expenses related to fulfilment, specifically packing fees based on required labor and insurance 

When you refer a friend and introduce that friend to the business opportunity, and they decide to join. You as the person who has recruited, you will get up to 40% of their every purchase from your direct recruits (level 1) and 5% (level 2)

THE NUMBER ONE RULE IS THAT: When you have referred friends into the business opportunity then they pay the joining fee and buy stock, this means you have up to 40% referral amount on your back-office. Your responsibility NOW is to make sure you have also bought stock because that alone means you have activated your account. Buy stock to activate your account to make sure that you receive your commissions. AN ACTIVE ACCOUNT RECEIVES COMMISSION THAT IS DUE TO THEM, NEVER WORK IN THE DARK

STOCK WORTH R650.00 AND MORE

The cycle will be closed on the last day of every month at exactly 00:00. If you didn’t activate your account and the cycle has closed unfortunately you will not receive the commission that is due to you and no chance will be given for you to activate your account as we are on the new month. Activating your account its your responsibility and making sure that is done during the course of the month

5. The company will never be responsible or take accountability for people who send their monies to their sponsor to do everything for them only to find out that they are being scammed in the process. Manuals/Instructions will be sent to show one how to make a payment so that they can do that for themselves. There’s a first time in everything and I am sure the first time is a bit uncomfortable but at the end of the day you must do it yourself and once you get into it, you will nail it but remember we are here as a company to assist you and make this journey a very smooth one

4. Manual EFT payment option takes up to 3 working days EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS unless immediate payment is done (please email POP to [email protected])
5. Once payment has cleared into our business account, order status will change to PROCESSING and you will receive an automated email notification of the order status change
6. The order will will packaged and and booked with our courier partner to collect the parcel from our warehouse
7. Once booking is confirmed, we will send you a TRACKING CODE via email to let you know of the parcels collection date
8. FOR SELF COLLECTION, an email will be sent to let you know as to when you can SELF COLLECT
9. Courier service will collect your parcel at our warehouse in preparation to ship the parcel to the address you have given us
10. Remember courier partner services have their own timelines in this case COURIER GUY & PARGO normally takes up to 7 working days for your order to be delivered EXCLUDING WEEKENDS & HOLIDAYS

ORDER PROCESS

1. The business is for people who are over 18 years

3. A company’s link will be shared with interested people, you will be given an opportunity to change an up-liner as you will be given only 2 months’ probation be it you are under the company’s profile. After 2 months you won’t be allowed to change sponsors or move your account from the company’s profile as you were given an opportunity to do so
4. As a downline and you want to change a sponsor, an approval letter template will be shared via email for the current sponsor to complete as an approval for the sponsor change, without the approval letter no sponsor change will be done
5. As it was explained above that for one to receive their order, it takes up-to 7 working days excluding weekends (Saturday & Sunday), maximum can be 10 working days this will be due to the country having country issues for example COVID-19, LOADSHEDDING, COUNTRY SHUTDOWN, COURIER STRIKES or any strikes
6. Waybill/Tracking number will be shared with the owner of the order to be able to track your order to see where it is (communication regarding your order will be sent through from the beginning of the process till the end of the process)
7. There will be a communication group for formal announcements from the business, this will be the only platform used to communicate with the community
8. EFT WILL BE ALLOWED AS DIRECT DEPOSITS (NO BRANCH DEPOSIT ALLOWED)

13. No stock will be shipped or released without money clearing into our account, once it has cleared and its visible that’s when we will start processing your order.
14. To avoid delay please send an immediate payment.
15. It is your responsibility to use the correct company banking details that we have provided, we won’t be held accountable if your money has been sent to the incorrect bank.
16. Our company banking details will remain the same and if changed we will use the right platform to announce, a platform that is known to all our community.
17. Please use the correct payment reference that is YOUR ORDER NUMBER TO BE ABLE TO ALLOCATE THE PAYMENT TO YOUR NAME
18. NO REFUNDS (instead you will have credit on your back-office to use for your next order)
1.19. Make sure you capture correct banking details on your back-office, don’t wait to have recruits to do this. After creating your profile just add your banking details
20. If you are found scamming the business, your account will be deleted
21. Courier fee is your responsibility, you pay for your own courier
22. The company will host trainings, but we also encourage you to create your own trainings to motivate your community
23. Send a WhatsApp text to our number to be added to our communication group
24. South African VAT will eventually be added and communication will be sent to all communication platforms
25. +27 71 335 3126 is our official and original WhatsApp line that will manage communication, communication that is sent outside this number, the company won’t be held responsible for that. We advise the community to be vigilant and never fall for any scam
26. Accounts that are non-active for 6 months, they will be deactivated
27. Immediately after receiving your order, please open it next to the courier service to check if your parcel is in order. If something is broken, please take a picture and a video to send to our WhatsApp Line. Then lastly don’t take the parcel, rather the courier service returns it back to us.
28. Once you send someone (runner or your courier service) to collect your order on your behalf, we will not be held responsible for what will happen outside the office as your order will be packed correctly by us, making sure broken bottles or non-damaged items are not packed. (Reason for this is that the company can’t claim from the runner, or the external courier service to replace what was damaged as the 3rd party was not arranged by the company but arranged by the customer)
29. We will only be responsible if it’s our own courier and company runner (reason for this is that the company can claim from the company runner/courier service if a customer has received broken items to replace what was damaged)
30. Distributors can do any business outside this business
